The short version
If your listing details already exist somewhere, on a page you own or have permission to reuse, you don't have to retype them. VELA can help turn that content into a draft listing. It pulls the details in, flags what's missing, and hands you a draft to review.
The key word is draft. Nothing VELA produces goes live on its own. Review, payment, and verification still happen before a listing publishes, the same gates as any other listing. VELA helps you get to a strong starting draft faster; you stay in control of what actually goes out.
Why a drafting assistant helps landlords
Writing a monthly-rental listing from scratch is repetitive when you've already described the property elsewhere. The details are real, they're just scattered across a page, a document, or another site you control. Re-entering all of it by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
It also helps because a monthly-rental listing needs specific information a renter uses to decide on a 30+ day stay: furnishing, utilities, parking, work setup, pets, and the practical fit. VELA can take what you already have and flag the gaps, so you spend your time filling the holes instead of starting from a blank form.
This is the landlord listing-draft flow. It works from a source you own or are permitted to reuse, and it's a drafting helper, not a way to scrape someone else's listing. It's also separate from vendor bulk import; vendor VELA doesn't expose import extraction.
How it works in Furnished Unfurnished
Start a listing at /landlord/new. When your details already live on a page you own or can reuse, VELA can help pull them into a draft instead of asking you to type every field by hand.
