How is this different from a generic listing site?
Furnished Unfurnished is built for portfolio vendors, not one-off hosts. Bulk import, role-aware team logins, cross-listing analytics, and one-invoice billing are first-class — not bolt-ons.
How long does approval take?
Self-serve vendor accounts are typically reviewed within one business day. Enterprise add-ons (white-glove migration, SSO, custom contract) get a same-week call with a success manager.
What is the Founding Vendor offer?
For single-family-heavy vendors, the first 25 approved/onboarded orgs claim permanent founder pricing: the first year is free, then renewal stays $300/year forever unless Furnished Unfurnished manually revokes it for abuse or contract breach.
How do team logins work?
Org admins invite teammates by email. Each member logs in as themselves; permissions are scoped by role (admin / manager / viewer). All actions are audited per-user.
Can I import from my existing PMS?
Yes. Vendor tier supports CSV upload, PMS connections, and draft creation from listing pages your team owns or has permission to reuse. Enterprise gets a white-glove migration from existing PMS exports.
How does billing work for a portfolio?
Vendor pricing is annual. Apartment and corporate vendors pay $400 for the first building and $380 for each additional building, with unlimited listings inside. Single-family-heavy vendors either keep the first-25 founder price ($300/year flat after the free year) or, once those slots are full, pay $400/year per state with unlimited qualifying listings in each covered state. One-off properties outside the vendor portfolio can use regular landlord billing at $9.99/month/property.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Active listings transition to paused on cancellation. Tenants you matched with stay in the messages thread. We hold your listing data for 90 days in case you reactivate.
