Vendors
For operators with 20+ homes. Billed once a year and never per listing: apartments by the building, and single-family homes at a flat $300 a year for the first 100 vendors (after a free first year), then $400 per state. Never a cut of rent.
Per building
Then $380 a year for each building after that. Every unit inside a building is included.
For example: 3 buildings = $400 + 2 × $380 = $1,160 a year.
Founding vendor
The first 100 approved single-family vendors get a free first year, then this one flat price: however many homes, in however many states.
For example: your whole single-family portfolio = $300 a year after the free year, in as many states as you like.
Per state
Once the 100 founding places are taken, single-family vendors pay per state. Any number of qualifying homes in a state is included.
For example: homes in 2 states = 2 × $400 = $800 a year.
