Every landlord subscription on Furnished Unfurnished helps fund a partner organization shaping the next generation of leaders. We pledge 10% of every subscription to the Nehmiyah Foundation Inc.

10% of every Furunfur subscription supports the Nehmiyah Foundation.

Whenever a landlord subscribes — at $9.99/mo or $79.99/yr — ten percent of that payment is set aside as a recurring contribution to the Nehmiyah Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) youth-leadership nonprofit. Donations come from Furunfur as a company; your subscription itself remains a normal business expense for your listing.

The Nehmiyah Foundation Inc. is a Phoenix-based nonprofit organization committed to raising the next generation of visionary leaders. Through mentorship, education, and holistic care, the foundation invests in young people during the formative years that shape who they become.
