How the 10% pledge works
We don't skim from tenants or take a booking fee. Landlords pay a flat monthly subscription to list on Furnished Unfurnished — we direct 10% of every dollar of that subscription revenue to Nehmiyah Foundation. The pledge is fulfilled out-of-platform on a quarterly cadence, so there's no donation form, no rounding, and no opt-in tenant surcharge to opt out of.
