There is a housing window the existing platforms ignore. Vacation rental platforms are calibrated for 3 nights to 3 weeks. Traditional leases require 12 months of commitment with credit checks and security deposits sized for a year. The space between, the 30-day to 12-month assignment, has been underserved for the last fifteen years even as the population of people working those assignments has expanded.
Travel nurses on 13-week contracts. Locum physicians on rotation. Corporate transferees on 90-day projects. Skilled trades on grid restoration. ALE families displaced by fire or flood while their homes are reconstructed. Government contractors deployed on civil and defense work. What verified actually means
A verified mid-term rental is one whose ownership, address, and habitability have been confirmed by Furnished Unfurnished before it appears in search. A human reviews the photos against the property address. Descriptions are checked against zoning permits where required. Fair Housing compliance is checked against current language. The landlord is verified as the owner of record or the authorized property manager. The review takes one business day on average.
That review work is the heroic act in a category where, on competing platforms, listings are stitched together from photos pulled from another property and descriptions written by a marketplace bot. We do the verification work because we are tired of friction we have lived with for years on the operations side. Our sister operating company has operated 43 units and served more than 4,000 ALE families over the last decade. The verification standard comes from inside that operating practice, not from a product brief.
The pricing
Landlords pay a flat subscription. $9.99 per property per month, or $79.99 per property per year. The lease and the payment happen between the landlord and the tenant directly, off the platform. There are no booking fees. We do not take a percentage of the lease. The subscription is the entire commercial relationship between the landlord and Furnished Unfurnished.

Sunbelt
Phoenix is our home base. Our operating team has its 43-unit footprint here, with depth across the Camelback Corridor and the East Valley. Summer demand spikes hard between June and September, when ALE displacement from monsoon storms collides with travel-nurse arrivals at Banner and HonorHealth. Tampa is our second-deepest market, anchored by federal placement work near MacDill and growing inventory near the Tampa General Hospital corridor. Hurricane season runs June through November, and mid-term inventory tightens in the weeks before landfall. Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta carry corporate-relo and medical demand on a steadier curve.
Northeast
New York, Boston, and Washington DC are the highest-demand Northeast markets. Boston''s Longwood medical area, anchored by Brigham and Women''s and Beth Israel Deaconess, draws 13-week travel-nurse placements year-round.
