How is this different from a generic listing site?
Furnished Unfurnished is built for portfolio operators, not one-off hosts. Bulk import, role-aware team logins, cross-listing analytics, and one-invoice billing are first-class — not bolt-ons.
How long does approval take?
Self-serve operator accounts (20–99 properties) are typically reviewed within one business day. Larger portfolios (100+) belong on the Vendor or Enterprise tiers.
What is the Founding Operator offer?
The first cohort of operator partners gets six months free with no commitment and no early-termination fees. After six months, regular per-property pricing kicks in unless you choose to cancel.
How do team logins work?
Org admins invite teammates by email. Each member logs in as themselves; permissions are scoped by role (admin / manager / viewer). All actions are audited per-user.
Can I import from my existing PMS?
Yes. Operator tier supports CSV upload and URL scrape from supported listing platforms. Larger portfolios get a white-glove migration where we handle Yardi, AppFolio, and RealPage exports.
How does billing work for a portfolio?
One Stripe customer, one invoice per month. Per-property pricing — only active listings count. Annual prepay saves 15%. Enterprise uses Net-30 terms.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Active listings transition to paused on cancellation. Tenants you matched with stay in the messages thread. We hold your listing data for 90 days in case you reactivate.
