Billing

The first cohort of vendor partners gets a full year free with no commitment and no early-termination fees. No card is needed to start. We email reminders before the free year ends: about 30 days before if you have chosen your billing model by then, and about 3 days before. Regular annual pricing starts after twelve months unless you contact us to cancel before renewal.

Vendor pricing is annual. Apartments tier: $400 for the first building and $380 for each additional building, with unlimited listings inside. Single-family tier: the first 100 vendors to pick single-family billing in their own onboarding get founder pricing at $300/year flat for the whole portfolio, locked unless revoked for cause, with 30 days’ notice, then $400 per state per year with every detached home in that state included. Pick the model that matches most of your inventory. A building or state you add during a paid annual term costs its full annual price, which is non-refundable: we send you a notice with the amount, and you pay it on your Billing page. More listings inside a building or state you have already paid for this term cost nothing. One you remove earns no credit or refund, and your next renewal bills the count you have then. When the first year of a plan is started on the Billing page (a plan with no free period, or a billing model chosen after the free period ended), listings can be put live only after that first year has been paid there; listings that are already live stay live.
