What is the Founding Vendor offer?
The first cohort of vendor partners gets six months free with no commitment and no early-termination fees. After six months, regular annual pricing starts unless you choose to cancel.
How does vendor billing work for a portfolio?
Vendor pricing is annual. Apartments tier: $400 for the first building and $380 for each additional building, with unlimited listings inside. Single-family tier: $300 per city, with every detached home in that city included. Pick the model that matches most of your inventory; we true-up if the mix shifts. Enterprise add-ons use Net-30 terms.
