What is the Founding Vendor offer?
The first cohort of vendor partners gets a full year free with no commitment and no early-termination fees. A card is kept on file during the trial, and regular annual pricing starts after twelve months unless you choose to cancel.
How does vendor billing work for a portfolio?
Vendor pricing is annual. Apartments tier: $400 for the first building and $380 for each additional building, with unlimited listings inside. Single-family tier: the first 100 approved vendors lock founder pricing at $300/year flat for the whole portfolio, then $400 per state per year with every detached home in that state included. Pick the model that matches most of your inventory; we true-up if the mix shifts. Enterprise add-ons use Net-30 terms.
