How do vendor team logins work?
Vendor org admins invite teammates by email. Each member logs in as themselves, and permissions are scoped by role: admin, manager, or viewer. Actions are audited per user so the account does not rely on a shared login.
Can I import listings from my existing PMS?
Yes. The vendor tier supports CSV upload and URL scrape from supported listing platforms. Customers who can provide API access to their existing PMS (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.) can request white-glove migration support; without API access, the self-serve CSV path is the recommended import route.
