How do vendor team logins work?
Vendor org admins invite teammates by email. Each member logs in as themselves, and permissions are scoped by role: admin, manager, or viewer. Actions are audited per user so the account does not rely on a shared login.
Can I import listings from my existing PMS?
Yes. The vendor tier connects directly to Guesty, Hospitable, OwnerRez, and Hostaway: an organization admin authorizes the connection from the vendor workspace, and listings, photos, and a 12-month availability calendar sync daily. Any other system can use the self-serve CSV upload. Customers who can provide API access to their existing PMS (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.) can request white-glove migration support.
Can VELA walk me through Hospitable setup?
Hospitable setup is something VELA can teach one step at a time. Before you start, activate the vendor organization that should own the connection and confirm that you are an organization admin; managers and viewers cannot authorize the organization. Use the Hospitable account that contains the listings you intend to connect and review properties already in Furnished Unfurnished to avoid duplicates.
1. Open /vendor/integrations. 2. Find Hospitable and choose Connect Hospitable. 3. Sign in and approve access on Hospitable. Never paste your password or access token into Furnished Unfurnished. 4. Back in Furnished Unfurnished, choose Import all listings, Pick specific listings, or Connect existing properties based on what already exists in the organization. 5. Keep the status page open while processing finishes and resolve any uncertain duplicate matches. 6. Review every new draft and any matched active property, then confirm Hospitable shows Connected with a successful last sync.
