  • How do I edit my profile information?
    Log into your account and go to your profile settings. You can update your name, contact information, photo, and rental preferences at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
  • What privacy controls do I have?
    You control who can see your profile information. Landlords can only view details you've chosen to share. Your email address and phone number are only visible to landlords you've contacted.
  • How do I change my password?
    Go to your account settings and select "Security." Enter your current password and then create a new one. Use a strong, unique password to protect your account.
  • Can I deactivate or delete my account?
    Yes, you can deactivate your account from your settings. This will hide your profile from landlords. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact our support team.
