    Your inquiry is sent to the landlord immediately. They'll review your profile and message you directly. You'll receive notifications as they respond, and you can continue the conversation through our messaging system.
  • How long does it take for a landlord to respond?
    Response times vary by landlord. Most respond within 24-48 hours, but some may take longer. If you don't hear back after a week, you can send a follow-up message.
  • Can I contact multiple landlords?
    Absolutely. You can submit inquiries to as many properties as you'd like. It's a good strategy to reach out to several listings while you search, as availability and landlord responsiveness vary.
  • Is it safe to message landlords on the platform?
    Yes, all messages go through our secure platform. Never share personal financial information, bank details, or payment information through messages. Landlords should only request this information through official payment channels.
