Operator-tier pricing is per property with Founding Operator terms for the first cohort. One invoice covers every listing under your operator account.
How does Operator billing work?
Operator pricing is $6.99 per active property per month. Annual prepay saves 15%. The portfolio has one Stripe customer and one invoice per month, and only active listings count. Enterprise uses Net-30 terms.
What is the Founding Operator offer?
The first cohort of operator partners gets six months free with no commitment, no credit card, and no early-termination fees. After six months, regular per-property pricing starts unless you choose to cancel.
What happens to my operator listings if I cancel?
Active listings transition to paused on cancellation. Tenants you matched with stay in the messages thread. Listing data is held for 90 days in case you reactivate.
