  • How do property manager team logins work?

    Org admins invite teammates by email. Each team member logs in as themselves, with permissions scoped by role: admin, manager, or viewer. Actions are audited per user.

  • Can property managers import listings?

    Yes. Operator supports bulk CSV upload and URL-scrape import from supported listing platforms. Larger portfolios on Vendor or Enterprise can request white-glove migration from systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, and RealPage if they can provide API access to their existing PMS; without API access, the self-serve CSV and URL-scrape path is the recommended route.

  • What operator dashboard tools are included?

    Operator includes an operator dashboard, cross-listing analytics, a leads inbox with bulk actions, team logins, and portfolio-level billing so managers do not have to manage each property in isolation.
