When the mobile app launches and how to reach us for help.

  • Is there a mobile app?
    A native mobile app built with Expo (iOS + Android) is in development and will launch after the web platform is fully validated. In the meantime, the website is fully responsive and works well on any smartphone browser.
  • How do I contact support?
    Email us at support@furnishedunfurnished.com. We aim to reply within one business day. For urgent issues (billing problems, account access, abuse), include as much detail as possible and we'll prioritize.
  • How fast is support?
    One business day for most requests. Urgent billing issues and abuse reports are prioritized within hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET).
  • Can I suggest a feature?
    Absolutely — email support@furnishedunfurnished.com with your idea. We're a small team and we read every suggestion. The platform has shaped a lot from landlord and tenant feedback already.
