Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Furnished Unfurnished has a native mobile app in active release hardening, plus the responsive web app.
Mobile supports:
- Tenants: browse, property details, inquiries, favorites, saved searches, account and profile flows.
- Landlords: leads, listings, subscriptions.
- Vendors: read-heavy views for listings, leads, messages, leases, import jobs, analytics, team, and billing.
Store and beta availability can vary during rollout. If the app is not available to you yet, use the website for the most reliable access.
How do I contact support?
Email us at support@furnishedunfurnished.com. We aim to reply within one business day. For urgent issues (billing problems, account access, abuse), include as much detail as possible and we'll prioritize.
How fast is support?
One business day for most requests. Urgent billing issues and abuse reports are prioritized within hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET).
Can I suggest a feature?
Absolutely, email support@furnishedunfurnished.com with your idea. We're a small team and we read every suggestion. The platform has shaped a lot from landlord and tenant feedback already.
Is there a phone number to call for telephone support, and how do I dispute a billing charge?
We don't offer phone or telephone support, there is no phone number to call. The fastest way to reach a human is to open a ticket from Help and Support at /help, email support@furnishedunfurnished.com, or use the contact form at /contact. We reply within one business day and prioritize billing issues. To dispute a billing charge on your subscription, contact support with your account email and the affected property and we will review the charge. Note that Furnished Unfurnished never collects or holds rent, so a payment dispute between a tenant and a landlord is settled directly between those two parties.
