Review the data we collect when you use Furnished Unfurnished, how we store it, what we never share with third parties, and how to request a copy.
What information do you collect?
For tenants: name, email, phone (for OTP verification), and any profile details you choose to add. For landlords: the same plus payment details (handled by Stripe, we never store card numbers) and any documents you upload for verification. We don't collect more than what's needed to run the service.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted in US-West) for the database and authentication, with row-level security enforced for every record. Stripe handles all payment data. Resend handles transactional email. We don't share your data with advertisers or third-party data brokers.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for the full disclosures.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your profile data is anonymized; properties are soft-deleted, ongoing inquiries are closed, and any active subscriptions are cancelled. Financial records (invoices, payments) are retained as required by law.
