Per-listing subscriptions: $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Cancel anytime, no commission, no booking fees.

  • How much does it cost to list a property?
    Each listing is $9.99 per month, or $79.99 per year (the equivalent of about $6.67/month — saves $40/year). The fee is per listing — if you have 3 properties, you have 3 separate subscriptions. There are no booking fees, no commission on rentals, and no per-transaction charges. You only pay the flat subscription to keep your listing visible.
  • Is there a free trial?
    No, but you can build out your listing draft completely free, including photos and details. You only pay when you publish. If you publish on a monthly plan and decide it's not for you, cancel before the next billing cycle and your listing comes down.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Go to Billing in your landlord account, click the listing's subscription, and choose "Cancel." For monthly plans, the listing stays active through the end of the current billing period — there are no prorated refunds for partial months. For annual plans, please email support@furnishedunfurnished.com and we'll review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
  • What happens if my payment fails?
    We retry automatically for several days. If the payment ultimately fails, your listing is paused — it stays in your dashboard but is not visible to tenants. You'll get email reminders. Update your card on the Billing page or contact support for help. Once a successful payment is processed, your listing goes back live within minutes.
  • Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
    Yes. On the listing's Billing page, click "Change plan." Switches are prorated — you're charged or credited the difference. The new plan kicks in immediately.
