For Landlords
Tenant tracking
Track current, upcoming, past, and ended-early tenants per property. Add off-platform tenants manually and log monthly rent receipts in one place.
What is tenant tracking?
Tenant Tracking is a landlord tool that lets you see who's living in each of your properties, current tenants, upcoming move-ins, past tenants, and any who ended their stay early. It's a private dashboard, not visible to anyone else. Available at /landlord/tenants for all properties or /landlord/listings/{id}/tenants per property.
How does a tenant end up in tracking?
Two ways:
- Automatically when you approve a booking request. The move-in date and duration trigger a tenant record.
- Manually via the "Add tenant" form for off-platform tenants you found another way.
Does the platform track rent payments?
Lightly. There's a "current month paid" toggle with a timestamp; you tick it when rent comes in. There's no payment ledger or accounting, just a quick way to see at a glance who's up to date.
A tenant left early, how do I record that?
On the tenant's row, click the menu and choose "Ended early." You'll be prompted for a reason (required) and an end date. The tenant moves to the "Ended early" tab and the property's availability reflects the new vacancy.
